1. Acceptance of terms

By using PDF Ultra Pro ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of the service

PDF Ultra Pro provides free, browser-based tools for viewing, editing, converting and organizing PDF and image files. Processing happens client-side in your browser; the Service does not receive or store your files.

3. Your responsibilities

  • You are solely responsible for the files you process and for having the legal right to do so.
  • You agree not to use the Service to process content that is illegal, infringes on others' rights, or that you do not have permission to modify.
  • You are responsible for keeping a backup of your original files before processing them.

4. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose. Tools like "Repair PDF" and "Compress PDF" describe their limitations directly in the interface \u2014 read them before relying on the output for anything critical.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PDF Ultra Pro and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including data loss or corrupted output files. Always keep your own backups.

6. Intellectual property

The Service's interface, branding and original code are the property of PDF Ultra Pro. The Service uses open-source third-party libraries (pdf-lib, pdf.js, jsPDF, SortableJS, FileSaver.js, JSZip), each under their respective open-source licenses.

7. Advertising

The Service may display advertising, including through Google AdSense, to support free access to the tools.

8. Changes to the service or terms

We may modify or discontinue any part of the Service, and may update these terms, at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Update this section with your actual jurisdiction before publishing.
